But Diana’s favorite feature? The dedicated spa area. A floor-mounted bathtub filler paired with an elegant free-standing soaking tub creates the perfect retreat for unwinding after a long workday. The new vanity showcases clean, contemporary design with a striking 4-inch tall mitered countertop. We opted for free-standing, open-concept cabinetry with convenient towel storage on the bottom shelf. By eliminating the old medicine cabinet, we achieved the sleeker, more modern aesthetic Diana and Doug wanted.
Lighting plays a crucial role in setting the right ambiance. The bathroom now features improved wall-mounted vanity lights and brand new dimmable recessed lighting that beautifully illuminates the space. With separate switches controlling different lighting zones, Diana and Doug can easily create the perfect mood—whether they want bright, energizing light or a softer, warmer glow for relaxation.
The large-format porcelain flooring with thinner grout lines isn’t just gorgeous—it’s also far easier to maintain than their old tile, giving Diana and Doug more time to enjoy their space rather than clean it.
