The Ledezma team was very accommodating to our needs. They did a great job providing all the things we asked for in our bathroom remodel. We liked the 3d model, it helped us make all the decisions and well represented the final product.Posted on Google
Tracy Coulter8 days agoWow! We had such a great experience with Ledezma Remodeling. We had 3 bathrooms redone and they all look fantastic. From the first consultation to completion, the team was easy to communicate with, being clear and transparent about what to expect and when. Clear timelines were established and met. We loved the 3D process to help with design decisions up front and we are impressed that all 3 bathrooms look just like the 3D renderings. Each day the team made sure work was completed as planned and the spaces cleaned up for the evening. They also provided daily updates via a group text message and provided progress photos when we were not home to see in person. The team's attention to detail and professionalism is much appreciated. This family run business offers a personal touch that others cannot replicate. Overall, we are very pleased and would highly recommend Ledezma Remodeling. Thank you Ledezmas! Great job!+5Posted on Google
Christy Allyn28 days agoWow! Ledezma was great to work with and delivered a Reno we LOVE. When they said done in 3.5wks, from breaking ground...I assumed it would be longer. They finished in 3.5wks to the day! The Ledezma Family showed through their whole process that they care about the product they produce. They pride themselves in project management and craftsmanship. All contractors that worked with Ledezma arrived on the day and time we were notified. When they say dust free, they meant it. When there was a decision that needed to be made, differing from the plan, they made sure we could make it in a timely manner to stick to the timeline. Only thing I wish is that they did more than bathroom renovations!+3Posted on Google

The team was professional, reliable, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the entire project. From the initial design consultation to the final walkthrough, communication was excellent. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are exceptional, and the finished bathroom looks even better than we imagined. Julian Tarazona152 days agoWe can’t say enough great things about Ledezma Remodeling. From the initial consultation all the way through project completion, communication was outstanding. We’ve completed several remodels before, and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. The process really stood out—from the 3D virtual design that let us visualize everything before work began, to the flexibility in making small updates leading up to the start. Everything felt organized, transparent, and well thought out. One thing we especially appreciated was their attention to quality control. After each phase—whether it was drywall, painting, plumbing, or other work—the team consistently followed up to make sure everything met their standards. That level of care doesn’t go unnoticed. Cleanliness was also a big deal for us since this was an upstairs bathroom, and they handled it really well. The space was properly tarped off, and they kept things clean throughout the project, which made a huge difference day-to-day. Overall, the attention to detail and the professionalism across the entire team made this a fantastic experience. We would absolutely recommend them.+4Posted on Google
Scott Kopecky175 days agoAwesome experience with Ledezma Remodeling!! From demo to finish you will be impressed. Started with our 3D rendering to make sure we knew what it would look like. This is a must or you will pay for alot of changes. Next was demo day and they covered our driveway and walkway to bathroom which showed the respect they show your home. Then the tile work for the shower was top notch. Barn door was beautiful! The workers always respect your home and clean up everyday before leaving. Bathroom turned out gorgeous and you won't be disappointed choosing Ledezma!+2Posted on Google

We loved the mock-ups and video walk thru's. It helped us envision our designs. Everyday the workers came, they were on time, courteous, and hard working. We appreciate and acknowledge the great care, and talent that they put into their work, even taking time at the end of the day to clean up EVERYTHING before they left. From the initial estimate to the finishing touches, they were professional and easy to communicate with—always responsive to my questions and quick to address any concerns. The 3-D design process was incredibly helpful, and they showed a ton of patience as I made changes along the way. Their team executed the design perfectly, finished ahead of schedule, and kept the construction area spotless, respecting the rest of my home throughout the process. Cindy Davis247 days agoMy husband Joe and I had our main bathroom shower remodeled and we had a great experience! Professional team from start to finish. Attention to detail in every aspect. When we told them what our plans were and what budget we could live with they listened and delivered. Attention was given to preparing the bathroom so the dust and debris from demolition didn’t affect the rest of the house. While the brothers (Sergio Jr., and German) popped in to see how things were going periodically their father Sergio Sr. was present nearly the entire project. I highly recommend them for your remodeling needs!+3Posted on Google

Richard Rico285 days agoIt was great working with Ledezma remodeling. Their workmanship was great and the project was completed on time and on budget. There were no issues with construction due to their detailed planning and the 3D renderings showed exactly what the finished project would look like. They did an excellent job keeping the work area very clean and they took extra care by covering the driveway, garage and all flooring/carpeting going into the project area. Every day they reviewed the process as to what had been completed and what was planned for the next day along with their arrival time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a bathroom remodeled.+4Posted on Google

Erin Muths332 days agoWe worked with Ledezma Remodeling to remodel our master bathroom and the experience was amazing! From design to demo to construction to completion the process was efficient, timely and professional. Ledezma uses a design software to take a client’s wish list and put it into a 3D walk-through rendering that can be discussed, amended and reviewed together before the first demo day arrives. The amazing thing about this project is that the final result is EXACTLY what the rendering showed ! The family owned aspect of Ledezma means you as clients have direct access to the team every step of the way. Every specialty group, electricians, drywall, painters and plumbers was responsible and respectful of us and our project as well. Unlike any other job I’ve ever had done, Ledezma takes pride in keeping your home clean and livable during construction. Every single end-of-day on this project had our house being swept and vacuumed as their crew left the home. Family owned is the way to go, don’t be fooled that the big box stores will have teams do it better. We got a quote from one of those teams and it was double the price we paid for Ledezma. We cannot recommend these guys enough and look forward to having them tackle our remaining two bathrooms in 2026. Honestly you will not be disappointed when you hire Ledezma Remodeling to change your boring bathroom into an upscale spa retreat!+3Posted on Google

From the first in-home consultation we knew we were going to work with them. They kept the house very clean during the remodel, I was very impressed. Being in the contracting industry myself I know how hard it is to find a good contractor and these guys were an amazing find! They guided us through design and material selection. They showed my wife and I 3D photos of what the bathroom was going to look like before they started the remodel to make sure we were happy with the design. They also took care of ordering and delivering all materials to our home. Their guys are super professional and were great to have in our house. The 3D rendering, tile options, dustless demo, and the entire project was simple and they did a great job minimizing our stress as it can be overwhelming. Boink Doink611 days agoThe Ledezma Remodeling team does a phenomenal job at their craft, just take a look at their Instagram page and social media content! Their commitment to delivering a quality experience and final result is amazing. Not only did they help with material selection and making sure everything was going to look cohesive to avoid regrets, but they also showed me my new bathroom with my selected materials and new layout via 3D Renderings before I committed to the construction phase. Changing the layout of your bathroom makes it that much harder to visualize the new space but those renderings put me at ease. This team is the real deal because they have experience in both design and construction. Sergio and his sons have actually worked in the field and Sergio especially has been doing it for what he mentioned was 2 decades! Him and his sons really know how to run a project and know the ins and outs of the trades so they make sure everything is being done up to high standards. Having a background in the trades (HVAC) I have seen a lot of contractors do shotty work, and these guys are the complete opposite. As a guy, I really didn't think I needed the design part, but once I realized I wanted to get it right the first time to avoid throwing money away, I jumped on it and made sure everything was designed the way I wanted! The possibility of wasting money will really wake you up! I could go on and on about Sergio and his team of amazing workers but just give them a call and have them come out for a consult! It's not often I write long reviews, but these guys sure deserve their flowers!Posted on Google

Eric Farmer757 days agoWe called Ledezma Tile based on our online research. The fact they are a family business was a major influence on our decision. Two sons and the father came over and visited with us about our vision and a few days later they gave us a proposal and where to source our fixtures and tile. They made some recommendations as well that we had not thought of that were very helpful as well. They recommended adding some recessed lighting and that was a game changer. Everything was very organized and the vendors they sent us to were top notch and professional. The cleanliness of the worksite was superb. It is a messy job, but they kept it very reasonable for doing a demo! They were always on time, did what they said they would do. It is always difficult for all involved to "share" ones house for a 3-4 weeks, but we could not have chosen a better group of gentlemen for this. They were exceedingly painstakingly picky with their workmanship. Everything was perfect and if it was not, they would have found it before we did. We would hire them again+2Posted on Google

Nadia Alvarez852 days agoA year ago, I had a terrible experience with another bathroom remodeling company. Their definition of "high-quality work" was laughable. The tiles had lippage and some were even installed chipped, the grout work was poor, and the tile trim wasn’t even used correctly. The entire job felt rushed and vague. They convinced me of their high standards but failed to deliver on their promises. Hiring a contractor can be extremely stressful, especially after such a bad experience. However, LEDEZMA TILE & BATH made it incredibly easy and stress-free! From the initial home consultation, their thoroughness and clear communication were evident. They explained everything in detail and weren't afraid to show close-ups of their work. What truly made a difference for me was that LEDEZMA TILE is a family-owned business run by a father and his two sons! Their commitment to quality and family values played a big part in my decision. Their craftsmanship was impeccable, no lippage or chips, perfect grout work, and flawless tile trim. They maintained a clean workspace and respected my home throughout the project. LEDEZMA TILE & BATH transformed my bathroom into a beautiful, functional space. Their dedication to excellence and clear communication made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a bathroom remodel! They truly deliver on their promises and stand out as a top-quality contractor.Posted on Google

Sandra Lopez867 days agoPrior to finding Ledezma tile & Bath I was having a really difficult time finding a good contractor to renovate my bathroom in chandler. I contacted several of the bigger companies here on Google and they just seemed to have people that had no idea what they were talking about and I felt like they couldn’t answer my questions with confidence. Sergio, one of the owners of Ledezma tile has over 20 years of real experience so this made me feel a lot more at ease. I was shown all of their processes and techniques they use to make sure my shower wouldn’t leak. This is something no one else cared to show me by the way. I just can’t say enough great things about these guys and how great they treated us, they really do care to provide a good service and a Phenomenal experience for their customers. I have already recommended them to a couple of my neighbors and a few family members. Don’t hesitate, these are the guys!Posted on Google

Paul Roos944 days agoWe hired Ledezma Tile to renovate our second bathroom which included installing a walk-in shower, a new bathroom tile floor, installing a toilet, a new vanity, mirror, and light fixture. They also extended the tile floor from our second bedroom into the adjacent hallway in front of the bathroom. They were punctual, arrived on time daily and worked diligently while delivering top-notch craftsmanship, while finishing the project in the estimated timeframe. They addressed all our questions in a timely manner via phone and texting and assisted us in tile selection and design and picking up our ordered tile and supplies for a modest delivery fee. Their Sub-Contractors (plumbing and shower glass) were very professional, performed quality work, were on time, and kept us informed on what they were doing,. They were responsive, professional, polite, and very competitively priced. Their meticulous attention to detail and workmanship was superior to other renovations we have experienced. They covered our floors and surfaces in all work areas and were very respectful of our furniture and belongings. They are extremely tidy and cleaned up as they worked. The tile installation was flawless, and the bathroom floor and hallway installation beautiful. Sergio Sr.’s 20+ years of tiling experience was truly reflected in the quality of his workmanship. We highly recommend Ledezma Tile for anyone looking to do a bathroom remodel.+2Posted on Google
Larry Lorenz1051 days agoI had spoken with 5 other flooring installers from various referrals. Some were flakes, most were just way expensive. I found Ledezma tile on Craigslist and decided to give them a chance. They answered the phone and were very professional from the start. I sent them a few pictures and a short video of the work I wanted completed. They immediately got back to me and we talked a few rough numbers. Everything sounded pretty good, so we moved on to an in-home consult. They came out the same day. Turns out this crew is a father and two son team, which I really admire. We talked over exactly what needed done and were able to come to an agreed upon price for the work. I was a little apprehensive at first because they were the best price I had recieved. They put me at complete ease by requiring zero money up front because I was buying all materials myself. They provided me a professional quote and we scheduled a start date, which was about a week away. We kept in good contact and they quickly answered several questions I had regarding material requirements. They showed up on the correct date and correct time. They worked hard for 5 full days, no messing around, no long breaks. They completed the work exactly as agreed, and I was very happy with the workmanship. The gaps around the trim were amazingly even and accurate with no shoe molding required. I would not hesitate to give them the first chance at any future tile work I may need. Update: I ended calling on Ledezma again to quote me for a tile surround install around my bathtub. They again provided a very high level of service, excellent communications, and exceptional quality of work. They worked directly with my wife to finalize the design details and she was very happy with the end product. Something else my wife was really impressed with was the fact that they took the time to protect all the surrounding surfaces, and when the job was completed, they did a really good job of clean up.+3Posted on Google
Kaley Stalder1053 days agoThis is the best bathroom remodeling company in mesa by far! Their communication and customer service is next level and it is impressive to think a contractor in this day and age actually answers the phone and answers your questions promptly. Their communication is not only good before you close on the remodel, but they keep an amazing level of customer service all through out the remodel and they put you at ease when you have any concerns. They keep their promises and actually do what they say they are going to do. You’ll find their prices are definitely not the cheapest around but for the quality of craftsmanship and especially for the experience they offer the client it’s absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a bathroom remodeling company, these are your guys, from what i’ve seen and experienced it’s a no brainer and you’ll be thrilled you went with Ledezma Tile!Posted on Google

Lorna Fletcher1210 days agoFrom the moment I made the first phone call and spoke with German, I knew Ledezma Tile was the company I wanted to do my tile work. He scheduled an appointment to look over the job, which was to add a backsplash in my kitchen. German, his father, and brother arrived promptly for that first appointment and proceeded to discuss my options, patiently answered all my questions, and graciously provided three quotes as I was trying to decide on tiling the wall around my slider door. The care taken covering floors, counters, and cabinets, to the extremely long days they worked was astounding. When it was time to select the grout color, I was uncertain about the colors shown to me so German went out to purchase the grout that I liked on the tile sample at the store I purchased the tiles at. I was so surprised he would do that. They finished the job in two days, and it looks amazing. They are true artists! Anyone that needs tile work done should not hesitate to contact Ledezma Tile. These guys are true professionals. They were always on time, left the work area very clean, and stuck to the estimate even though there were some small, unexpected problems along the way. I am so happy with the work that they did, I am unable to say enough good things about my experience with them and highly recommend Ledezma Tile.Posted on Google
Craig Miller1215 days agoAs a professional my self I started with a text and decided at that moment .. with the way business is done these days, if the company didn’t respond with in 5-10 minutes, they didn’t need my business and they weren’t going to get it.. ( to my surprise) they responded right away . Through my correspondence in texting I felt good about all the answers I received , and felt I was dealing with a company that knew what they were talking about, and were professional in my own opinion so I decided to go ahead and book the consultation and installation..The gentleman were on time and professional in all aspects .If I had questions , they were quick to help me feel at ease . I would rate this company as a professional 5 star . My floors look beautiful ! And to keep me in the loop , I was sent texts regularly to let me know of what stage they were at and what needed to be done next . The full project took a total of 4 and 1/2 days .The results are terrific . I did have a crack in the foundation which had to be addressed beforehand and all was a success . These men were efficient and professional. The job is beyond my expectations.. thank you to all who contributed. I love the floors ! I especially love the response I get when I show people the completed project , and how they have to ask if my floors are actual wood versus tile . It’s that seamless and beautiful. So thank you to you all once again .+3Posted on Google

If you have flooring or tile work, look no further for a contractor, they will send out a team and give you a fair and honest quote. My wife cannot stop talking about how beautiful the floor looks. Thanks Ledezma!!!Posted on Google

Steven Henry1481 days agoLedezma Tile did an amazing job on our shower after we had some water damage. They always responded quickly whenever we had any questions before our install. They stuck to their price that was discussed during the estimate and to all the work they agreed to do. They showed up on time and did quality work. We love our shower. They even recommended adding finishes that we are so happy with now. Small family owned businesses will always be our first choice. We will definitely be using them again in any future tiling projects on our homes.+0Posted on Google

Maureen RADOMSKI1560 days agoLedezma Tile were awesome from start to finish. Very honest and easily accessible for questions before and during the project. In a day where we have flakey, price gauging contractors and tradesmen, these guys were a breath of fresh air. They gave us an honest and fair estimate from the start and stuck to it. They were punctual and laid out a clear and concise schedule for our job, which they never wavered from. They focus on your job and your job only and work 7-3 daily until your job is done! No job hopping here. Their craftmanship was amazing! Ledezma Tile are true artists and we are so happy with the finished product. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them and would highly recommend Ledezma Tile. We look forward to having them do more projects for us in the future. A++++ company.Posted on Google

Don Witt1622 days agoThe Ledezmas did a great job installing our travertine tile with amazing 1/ 16th inch grout lines and very little lippage. They are very hard workers and got the job done quickly with great workmanship. They are a family working together, not just some random employees. We are very pleased!Posted on Google
Daria Oberg1638 days agoThis group was beyond amazing! They traveled out of town for our project and were great with communicating up to the start date and throughout the install. Virginia Stiles2001 days agoWonderful father and son team - they are easy to work with, honest, reliable, and put a lot of pride into their final product. I've worked with several different tile installers in the past few years, and I was so impressed with how hard these guys work - show up early and work late and get the job done and done right.Posted on Google
Brittany Hogard2032 days agoAmazing work and so professional, taking the job with short notice after a different installer didn’t show up to do the job. Highly recommend these guys for your next interior or exterior project!Posted on Google
