Ledezma Remodeling completed a partial bathroom remodel for us in Gilbert! High quality soaking tub, tile surrounds, and new fixtures. Price was great and craftsmanship was awesome. They were very knowledgeable about design process and what works best, were always on time for each appointment, and kept a clean workspace. We are very satisfied with final results. The Ledezma Remodeling team does a phenomenal job at their craft, just take a look at their Instagram page and social media content! Their commitment to delivering a quality experience and final result is amazing. Not only did they help with material selection and making sure everything was going to look cohesive to avoid regrets, but they also showed me my new bathroom with my selected materials and new layout via 3D Renderings before I committed to the construction phase. Changing the layout of your bathroom makes it that much harder to visualize the new space but those renderings put me at ease. This team is the real deal because they have experience in both design and construction. Sergio and his sons have actually worked in the field and Sergio especially has been doing it for what he mentioned was 2 decades! Him and his sons really know how to run a project and know the ins and outs of the trades so they make sure everything is being done up to high standards. Having a background in the trades (HVAC) I have seen a lot of contractors do shotty work, and these guys are the complete opposite. As a guy, I really didn't think I needed the design part, but once I realized I wanted to get it right the first time to avoid throwing money away, I jumped on it and made sure everything was designed the way I wanted! The possibility of wasting money will really wake you up! I could go on and on about Sergio and his team of amazing workers but just give them a call and have them come out for a consult! We called Ledezma Tile based on our online research.  The fact they are a family business was a major influence on our decision.  Two sons and the father came over and visited with us about our vision and a few days later they gave us a proposal and where to source our fixtures and tile. They made some recommendations as well that we had not thought of that were very helpful as well.  They recommended adding some recessed lighting and that was a game changer.   Everything was very organized and the vendors they sent us to were top notch and professional.  The cleanliness of the worksite was superb.  It is a messy job, but they kept it very reasonable for doing a demo!  They were always on time, did what they said they would do.  It is always difficult for all involved to "share" ones house for a 3-4 weeks, but we could not have chosen a better group of gentlemen for this.  They were exceedingly painstakingly picky with their workmanship.  Everything was perfect and if it was not, they would have found it before we did.   We would hire them again
